How do I set up app blocking?

Open ScrollToll and navigate to the shield settings. Select the apps or categories you want to block, then enable the shield. You'll need to grant Screen Time permissions when prompted.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to the app settings and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find ScrollToll, and tap "Cancel Subscription."

Why aren't notifications working?

Make sure notifications are enabled for ScrollToll in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > ScrollToll). Also check that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes aren't blocking alerts.

How does the AI question pack generation work?

For Pro members, we use Anthropic's Claude, a Large Language Model (LLM), to generate question packs based on the input you provide. This input is sent to the LLM, which then returns a generated question pack. We may temporarily log your input to improve the service, but we do not use your input to train the LLM.
