1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScrollToll (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

North Star Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes before they apply to your renewal.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Use AI-powered features to create harmful, illegal, or offensive content, or to infringe on the rights of others
  • Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties

5. AI and User-Generated Content

Certain features may allow you to provide input ("Input") and receive generated output ("Output") from AI models. Collectively, Input and Output are "User Content."

  • You are solely responsible for the Input you provide. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your Input and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unreliable. We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the Output. Use it at your own risk.
  • As between you and North Star Labs LLC, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content to provide and improve the services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Star Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
